Go to the Forum page. Follow the instructions. Take a screenshot that shows you (1) made an account and (2) signed up for notices for the course’s forum. The screenshot should look something like what follows; I put a red oval around the important bits: your account name; you signed up for notices, for the right course. Make sure you sign up for the Forum by the same name as your course: Analog Crime Problem or Digital Crime Problem.
